Cirrus is part of our second magnetic collection, The Nephology Collection. It has a clear base and is filled with silver magnetic pigment. The perfect polish for a that beautiful velvet effect. This polish works really well as a topper to create that velvet effect over any color. Or, try putting a sheer jelly polish over it for a glass type effect.
It is part of the Nephology Collection which can be found here. Nephology is the study of clouds and each of these polishes are named after cloud classifications. Cirrus clouds are wispy low altitude clouds. They are formed from ice crystals and can create sundogs during cold weather.
Use a good base and top coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure!
Magnetic Polishes: You will need a magnet, such as neodymium, in order to move the particles around. If you want the velvet effect but can't quite master it with a regular magnet, try out the acme loony toons u-shaped magnet. They can often be found at hardware stores like this.
Application Tip: Apply thin layers and let the nail dry for 30 seconds while you keep your finger on the magnet. Repeat this for each layer, INCLUDING the top coat. Yes this takes forever but it really helps prevent those magnetic particles from settling into different directions!
All of our polishes are cruelty free, vegan and 5-free (free of camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or formaldehyde resins.)
Size: 15 mL / 0.5 oz volume
Color may differ slightly in person due differences in monitors, screens, and lighting. All polishes are made by hand in small batches. Small differences may occur between batches, however, we try to keep them as similar as possible!
